Welcome to the University of Hertfordshire Jitsu club. The club was founded in 1993 by Sensei Matt Crowe, has also been taught by Sensei Steve Robinson, Sensei Simon Keefe, and is currently taught by Sensei Matt Leggett and Sensei Andy Moses. The club is affiliated to The Jitsu Foundation, a martial arts organisation with over a hundred clubs in the UK that teaches the modern and unique Shorinji Kan system of jujitsu.

Herts wins 3 medals at Randori Nationals 2008 Hertfordshire brings back 1 gold and 2 bronze medals from the 2008 TJF Randori Nationals in Telford. With a special mention to ex-UH jitsuka Kary for getting a silver in randori and a silver in the womens open! Well done guys!
